Hey guys, I'm interested in customizing a prototype boba fett black series and turning it into how he looks right now in the Mandalorian. I've removed all the limbs with some hot water and pulled them, but I'm having trouble removing the arms. Looking in the armpits, I don't really see a ball joint in there. Are they even removable? If so, how?
