How do I make wolverine claws for marvel legends?

i got the wolverine from the apocalypse wave and I really wanna replace his claws the ones on mine are really loose. I don't want them to be metal I just want them to be plastic but a different shape this time do you guys have any suggestions on how to make some?

Find some flat plastic that's the thickness you require, yet soft enough that you can cut the claws out with an exacto. Cut the claws the shape and length you want then attach them to the hands.
