Identifying a late 80s/90s figure from a vivid description *No picture*

There is this figure I had when I was a kid (I was born in 1989 but have older brothers), meaning it should be from the late 80s or early mid 90s (probably early) that I don't think I have anymore that I was wondering if anyonecould help me identify it with my description.

* It was a thick Burly Man wearing a brown greenish outfit. He appeared to be a Samurai or Ninja.
* There was a button on his waist that when you pressed caused his upperbody to quickly swivel to the side and back. Presumably to swing a weapon.
* The man had a bandana around his head and his face had a scowling/tough expression.
* He wore Samurai Sandals (Geta Shoes?) with cloth/socks under them.
* I think it was 4 something inches tall.
* He was fairly wide, probably 2 to 3 inches.
* His arms could move up and down but couldn't articulate to the side.
* His Hands were in a clenched open position, clearly indicating he was supposed to have a weapon. Given his outfit probably a sword.

Anyhow I know its hard without a picture, but I'd really love it if anyone could help whenever possible. I'll try to watch this thread by email notification. I'll be overjoyed if anyone offers any suggestions.
