Need figure repainted. Any takers in the US?

I have this vintage SilverHawks figure I need repainted. I know the chrome isn't possible but I'd settle for metallic gold with a gloss overlay. I also need the felt wing remade. This seems pretty straight forward and simple to me but I've combed the web and can't find a artist to do the project. Is there something I don't know or am I asking the wrong questions?
