I was gonna preorder this guy, then I saw Diamond Select released some new pics of him, and the paint apps were terrible, very dissapointed, considering I was really looking forwars to getting one.

You could repaint it, or have someone repaint it for you.

I've been thinkig of buying him too since I don't have the ML version and I really like the retro Ultron version's look more. I will wait to see a few reviews to decide on if I'll buy him or not. I do think he should have had a more metallic paint job and I'm not impressed with his hip joints either.
