Their inaugural offering will be Captain America as seen in this years #1 film, The Avengers.

The figure stands 18″ tall and features loads of detail and articulation.

Ya, Iron Man would be awesome! Would love to see a Wolverine or War Machine as well.

Yep, they're big but just got to find space for them. I have 7 of them, all horror related.

A 1:4 scale Hulk would be very cool. I have a few of their 18" figures,The Crow and Robocop, and they make for a nice display. They are only a head taller than a ML BAF.

You'd have to be an focused collector, just cap stuff or you would have to have a collection room(s).

I would be slightly more interested in this if it were a scale that was... not stupidly huge. The details are nice, but overall... where am I going to put that?

I expected the movies, but VERY surprised at the comics license. The idea of a 1:4 scale team of the original X-Men is veeeeery intriguing. And expensive. But intriguing.

Looks like movie cap.

yeah its based off of the avengers costume. I'm curious as to what is going to happen, they stated they acquired the license. will more than one manufacturer be able to make the figs? I/E Hasbro and NECA?
Thats how it works. Hasbro got the rights to 1:18 and 1:12 scale and NECA looks like it got the 1:4. I don't care for this much either, I think it would have been better to lead off with Ironman or Hulk(which would be cool cause in scale he'd be around 24"-26"...but whatever. This Cap doesn't do it for me, just the hopes that this will kick off something more.

Sounds very cool. I hope the follow up to this is Ironman or Punisher......cause that would be awesome!
