Red Skull variants

So I picked up the Target exclusive Cosmic Fire Red Skull box set with Arctic Captain America. Is this the last variant to the 3 3/4 in. figures? I have the grey and green suit already and Hasbro didn't make a 6 in. movie figure, only two Captain Americas and Nick Fury. Also, is the Marvel Select Red Skull considered to be the First Avenger version?
