Disney Heroes figure question

Probably not the first to ask this, but this has been bugging me ever since I saw a preview for this thing in Toyfare around 2005 and wanted one.

What ever became of Prince Phillip? Was he even released? I don't even see this guy show up on ebay but the other figures in the line do.
