Deadpool custom head questions

Hey I have two questions in regards to custom cast heads, more particular...Deadpool. I have ordered some off of eBay and they are not 6 inch scale. They are rather small...smaller then the neck width wise. Secondly I was wondering where a good place might be to get some custom Deadpool heads from. I tried Google but it mostly directed me to full customs already made here. Thanks in advance ^^.
