Help finding 4 inch figure?

I'm a former 12 inch customizer. Last year I tried to make a display for a booth I had but the figures were just too big. So this year I'm shooting for 1:18.

Problem is I can't find some of the figures I need...

1. A werewolf, the kind with a wolf head

2. A commando, no helmet, bigger than average 3.75's. Maybe a head taller, in standard bdus and boots and preferably an assault vest. Will be painted to a black uniform. I used a dc direct last year to get the bigger, overly-muscled look to stand alingside standard 12 inch joes. I'd like to recreate that proportional difference in 1:18.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
