KB Toybiz Closeout

Posted in Action Figure Chatter

I got off work early today and cleaned house at my local KB Outlet. All the legends are $4.88 and they got a deal going on for a % off depending on the amount you spend. The had figures all the way back to the Galactus line so if you missed any nows the chance get em. I talked to the emp and he said KB/ Big Lots took all of the Legends inventory after the first of the year and are just now getting them to the stores. If you have an outlet mall KB near you that is your best chance to snag em.

Also they have Spider Man Classics, X Men Classics and the Boxed sets (House of M, Young Avengers)

Yep, mine has had/does that deal for a while now except its for ANYTHING ending with an "8"(any figure like that) All the XMC stuff is good and they even had a huge amout of FF movie figures that were going for $3.88, now with the price cut they sell for about $1.50 apiece

hey, I just went figure hunting yesterday and I see that all of the Toy Biz Legends & X-men figures that had been going for $5.00 a piece are now buy one get one 50% off! For those of you who don't care to do the math, that comes out to about $3.75 a piece before taxes! Not to shabby! I myself grabbed up about 10 Archangels and I'm going back for more later this week! Happy Hunting! -Spidey

YEah, My KB has had all of the X-men Classics figures and the Mojo series for $5 a piece. I've been spending a boat load of money there! I must say that the Archangel Figure has been my most favorite to work with, I bought about 10 of them, and I'm going back for more tomorrow! I looked at three Big Lots stores in my area and all I could find were Super-Hero Showdown figures, hopefully they didn't sell out already, but that'd be my luck!

Thanx VP & Shin! Like I said I really just want the Galactus R. Leg. Getting the War Machine would be a great bonus but I know they are few and far between.

I'm gonna make the trek to the nearest KB outlet next Saturday but don't have high hopes. There is a guy that sells on eBay that I know lives in that town and he always has tons of MLs to sell so I'm betting he raids their stock every week.

The nearest KB Outlet is 2 hours away from me... I called and they said they were almost out of MLs.

If anyone comes across a War Machine I could really use the Galactus piece if you don't want it. It's his right leg.

You know, I'm not sure which it is. It's in a mall that is full of outlet stores, so I just assume it is one too.

VP is yours a KB Outlet or Regular KB?

Anyway that is a good sign however, KBs get their shipment sheets a week in advance of the actual shipment. (former employee, worse job ever). Mine has another load of Marvel Coming on next weeks truck so I gt the staff ready to call me when it shows up.

Hawkeye mine has the Young avengers set for 19.88. If you want one just PM and we can work something out.

I think maybe this isn't country wide. I went to my local KB and Big Lots and they didn't have anything new or on sale. Well Big Lots had a DCSH Darkseid, but that's different. I went at about 10:45 this morning, but the guy in the KB seemed to be giving a lot of attention to the Legends area so maybe they are getting some and he was just looking for space to put them?

All the KB stores near me (and I mean within 25 miles) either went out of business or are remodeling because they are all closed. This has been going on for months now and the Big Lots don't have any Legends figures at all. ._.
