Fantastic Four 2 are out...

Posted in Action Figure Chatter

..but they are the same size as the spiderman 3 toys taht hasbro is putting out right now. Saw them at taget but not wal-mart today. The toys from the first movie were not that good but at least they made awesome fodder. I think hasbro might realize something is up, 'cause I dunno about your stores, but they can't sell those SP3 figures at all.

Im not too concerned about the arm being messed up, its to pose by Galactus, and every toy is different. I've got a few doubles and some are kinda wonky, the other fine.

I know, that's crap. FF4 is out, but HML2 isnt?! What the heck?!

I just went to my Target to get a Silver Surfer but they were out, They only had Mr. Fantastic, Thing, Human Torch, and Dr. Doom. Down here NC we have all the new fig that came out, infact I already have the BAF Blob.

I think the movie company will fine the theater if the stuff is damaged.

We have that couch too, but they put string around it. I guess people here shouldn't sit on it..

90% of the time with things like that, they go back to the movie company. I remember the awesome life size Monster's Inc display things cost the company like $3500 so they were cordoned off and picked up by the movie company after a certain time. I saw a "lifesize" Surfer and the Simpsons and you can sit on the couch with them too.

They probally have like 100 people who want it. They usally donate stuff like that around here. If I did get it it would be in the front window, for all to see.

From what I heard it loosly follows the story of FF 48-50, so its very possible. BTW, I took my girl to the movies last night and the had a LIFE SIZE(!!) Silver Surfer on display to promote the movie.

There is a difference though. It doesn't have the magnetic board this time. He's got pegs.

Sorry, I thought you meant the WM one. I only ask because its in a box rather than on a card so the may think its a delux figure. Has anyone seen it yet?

Yeah,

My friend loves the Flash and I'm making him a Flash and Reverse Flash. I was thinking about doing a Kid Flash too. I would probably use the Silver Surfer if he has a universal body.

Target will have them if you are near a Target. Walmart didn't have any out yet that I saw. I doubt anyone has pics cause we haven't sold a single one since they were put out on Tuesday in my Target.

IMO the FF4 figures are terrible. The scale is the same as the Spidey 3 figs and the detail stinx. The surfer looks cool but he's dinky, he is ironically though, what I was trying to make out of a spidey when I was doing the Hulk zombie...heh, timing really is everything! Hasbro hosed everyone dropping the scale on these figs, I wish they had stayed with Legends size...cheap buggers!

We keep getting more ghost rider figs here I see them come in the next day the shelves are bare and a week later they fill again and it starts over again. So here people like GR. SM3 however is moving like snails unless the kids can wear it. and no FF2 figs here yet but I am sure they will be soon.

That sand stuff is kind of gross if you think about it. They are selling bits of a man in a tube.

the "sand" stuff is kinda fun, but sad when hasbro has to rely on gimicks to sell figures. Of course soemthing with slime will sell, it is black slime after all.

Well I was just thinking about SM3 figures and I know one positive thing about them. If you ever wanted to make a custom of a kid, I guess you could use those.

Not only did the Ghost Rider figures sell in my area, but they actually restocked them in places with more. Spider-Man figures are just this big area of Wal-Mart I ignore.

I want the Ghost rider figures but I'm waiting for clearance.

I might get some FF4 figures because I heard they'll have a BAF.

Same out here these figs are just sitting. I visit 3 different Wal Marts in my area and all of them seem to have the same stock that I seen when they first released.

Whats funny is the Ghost Rider figures did seem to sell at my area, and what was the scale of them again oh yeah 6".

...I've been marking the SP3 toys everytime I go to Walmart, everytime I go back a week later, the same toys are still there, they aren't selling. Hasbro can't ignore this forever!
