Marvel Legends Unleashed

Posted in Action Figure Chatter

Recently I made a trip to Wal Mart looking for some apoxie sculpt, which I had failed to find at Home Depot. Once more, I was at a lose when it came to the sculpt, but came upon a find that I could not pass up. decorated in his full purple and green glory with a gilder and pillar of smoke base-stand was an eight inch Green Goblin. So, I broke down and bought the figure, part of the first wave of Marvel Legends Unleashed, it's counterpart being, of course, Spider-Man.

I figure that this series has been out for some time and as I have previously stated, I live a little backwater so am not previe to quick acsess to the newest line of figures. I'm wondering has anyone else seen or bought some of them?

*weeps*

I turned Spidey down for a DCUC Red Tornado Variant and a copy of Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

I know man, I know.

That Spider-Man is so spot on 90's style... and the Goblin is just THE SEX.

Yes.

No, it's the "Marvel Legends Unleashed" line. It's just the two figures. They did this for the Star wars movies too. The did two or three figures per set.

I think the next set is Wolvie and Sabertooth. I saw 8 inch figs in a mag of them so I am guessing.

Actually, I did some digging and found that they have a Black Suit Spider-Man and Doc Ock in the works. If I see that Sabertooth, I grabbin' it! And propmtly run out of the store, steal a car and drive to Mexico.
