In the last two weeks all my hard work and persistence seems to have paid off. Above is a link to an article by Jason Clarke, aka PoeGhostal, who helped bring this debacle to people's attention and helped make my one man quest into a covert ops mission with no man left behind!

So basically if you want your Nemesis Figures keep an eye out for them in the Previews catalogue and get your local comic shop or provider to order them for you! Mystery solved!

Yeah I know mind you I bought them at a Canadian comic book store.

Rumour has it it will be avalible in the states this fall through previews or dimiond or something.

It's funny that all the figures had "Only at Wal-Mart" stickers on them

I bought a Nemesis Punisher today.

One word to describe him...Bland. Weak sculpt, crappy paint job, use of crappy skull.

The only cool thing about him is that his two guns are hard plastic now. Much perfer hard plastic over that soft rubber stuff.

That and Walmart's insisting that anyone they buy from give them a bulk discount. Heck at the ones around here they can't even get the supplies to restalk non-toy areas.

once again the ball is dropped. This explains why walmart hasn't had any ML for a while at least. Now we need to solve the mystery of why walmart's toy section is always empty of all toys (especially hasbro).
