I want to get this thing so bad! might be time to tell my Dad he hasn't payed me allowance for two weeks (he suc.ks at remembering to pay me)
I worry about slower sales as well. Matty is used to having things sell out in a few days. If stuff is hanging around a month after it gets put on sale it could not forbode well for the line.
On he other hand ghostbuster collectors were very worried that these ghostbusters would be selling out in a matter of hours like the early MOTUC. Mattel asured the collectors that there would be ample stock. Perhaps this is ample stock.
Or perhaps for future figures Mattel will cut dow production numbers. Maybe they will learn from ealier figures to cut the numers down.
On the plus side they are not selling as quickly as the MOTU Classics line so they should be in stock for a while...hopefully slower sales won't kill the line before we see an Annie Potts or Rick Moranis
I got the 12 Inch Ray and it is beautiful...detailed collector freindly packaging, lights/sound, great accesories, and a better head sculpt than the prototype...Can't wait to buy Venkman and Zedmore...Highly recomend this purchase if you can swing it...
I'm making my own pack... lights, sounds, the works... I'm shooting for paying less than $300 in the end... I am also making a (non-working) trap, ecto-goggles, and a P.K.E. meter (trap and goggles are ALMOST done!)... I'm picking up an ALICE pack frame and straps tomorrow, then I'll have to start ordering parts on line... I'm excited for next Halloween! I'm gonna go to haunted houses, search for P.K.E. valences, then "sap 'em, cap 'em, and trap 'em" (the actors in the Haunted Houses) It's gonna be fun to get reactions out of them when I turn on my proton pack lol!

All is well expect that his right leg from the knee down is warped.
Oh well a little work with a hair dyer and cold water will fix that.
Other than that I love him!
Ray and Egon are my favorite Ghostbuters so now I own them both.
