Well I can samely say that you do not have Joe knock offs but a GI Joe off branch series called GI Joe Extreme. To get the complete name and details of each figure just go to

they have eveything you need to search out who these guys are. The only ones I do know is Sgt Salvage and KLAW

Those are pretty good for bootleg GI Joes

Looks to me like you got a bunch of GI Joe Knock offs. I have seen them in packs of like 5 or 10 at Walmart and the like. Hope that helps.
