I've been loocking around on the net and havn't been able to find anything from mettel about this. That leads me to suspect that this is a web rumer. Have any of you found any concluseive evidence to reinforce this rumer?
I couldn't find where I read it because it was from SDCC 2007, when they first announced DCUC.
I did find something saying they have the license until 2012, which would give us 20 waves, but I'm pretty sure I remember reading that they were giving us 25 waves.
I wish Neca could get some tranformers lol. THey don't' even have to transform, I just want something that looks nice. Also like to see someone make Revoltech figures over here. Revoltech ML figures now that would be a winner.
I just hope that if they do end it at 15 that the can make a Hush, Martian Manhunter, and an Alfred figure. I need those 2 Batman characters for my Batman collection. And the Martian Manhunter would just be cool to have!
ok.let me explain.im sure u can find something on the web but I work at toys r us and the guy at my store that does the price changes and all that stuff like mark whats on sale is a collector. and he became friends with one of the mattel reps whos goes to stores to see if their stuff is selling.the guy told him unless they can renew the license its done at 15 becuase thats all they signed up for. he also said that even though the prices just went up theyre going to jack them up to 16.99 soon. the justice in the jungle two pack is the last two pack theyre making with new characters. the rest are just paint changes for wal mart. the batman and robin and aquaman and black manta.theres also a rumor that walmart got the future listin for waves 14 and 15 but I don't think its true.u can look that up.I saw it on some forum somewhere else.dcu classics is my all time favorite line of toys and all im collecting right now.I finally started catching up on getting everyone and I would hate for it to end at 15 no matter what they try to charge me.but its not about me.its what the average person would pay for plastic.some lady yelled at me TRU last night because some bakugan toy was 44.99. she said "its just plastic!!!!!how could you charge someone so much for plastic!!!!" I said "look lady its popular plastic and I didn't price it! you don't have to buy it!!" but anyways back to dcuc...I wanted more bad guys.I have so many good guys so lets just hope they continue this great line of toys
