NEW WWE FIGURES FROM MATEL!

Posted in Action Figure Chatter

hows I going guys I was in toys R Us today and they had a ton of the new figures (HHH, Batiesta, Kofi Kingston, John Cena, Big Show ect). I picked up a Cena with the belt. But down here they seem to have the Special metal belt with mainly some of the big Show figures, so I was wondering if anyone out there has a bunch of HHH's with a belt in their area. If so can you tell me where so I can figure out how to get it. If anyone needs a Big show with belt let me know we can work out a way to get it to you. So what do you guys think of these figures now that they are actually out?

I've had a look online but don't hold out much hope of these appearing on our shores anytime soon, I'll definitely be picking some up when they do, for customs of course

I stopped by TRU today and slid into the wrestling isle and checked these out. Some of them aren't so great but that Batista was really nice. I didn't pick any up though.

Personally I think these are fantastic figures. They beat the heck out of the oversized muscular Jakks figures. These have much more realistic body types, and I have a HHH opened and they are VERY sturdy. With Jakks you never knew what you'd get. I had so many figures that as soon as they were opened a joint would go badly loose. Or they wouldn't stand up, etc. The chase belt figures are a bit silly. I wish the belts actually looked like real WWE belts and not that silly medallion.

I haven't bought figures from wwe in a long, long time. I think they look decent, no problems with any of the figures I have seen in stores. Don't take my word, go and check them out for yourself, in the end your opinion is the only one that matters.

I wouldn't bother if I were you...the only good one I've seen is the Elite Undertaker and I can't find that in stores anywhere, and its like $30 bucks online and plus shipping...no way.

I've not got a chance to see these in the stores yet, but from the pictures I've seen they don't look too bad. I think a lot of the wrestling figure are bad just because the face sculpts that give them. They try to give them emotion or personality in the sculpt(smirks, yells, etc.) when I would be more interested if they just had a plain face sculpt, neutral look on the face.
I may have to swing by the TRU to see if they have them, so I can check them out.

Im not trying to be a downer. Just stating my opinion. Thats what forums are for.

And you clearly said in your first post "what do you think of them now that they're out"
