Jill Valentine chase figure?

I came accross a Jill Valentine from Neca, the reissued one that has been hitting stores recently. I've seen one with the normal blue and grey uniform, but I have found 2 recently with all black clothing. The back of the box still has her old paint job. I'm a little confused if this is a chase figure or what. Anyone have any word on what's up with this?

These are just reissues of the originals, which I have, so the answer is sort of. The hat is separate, but she would have nothing under it. So if you tore it off, you could sculpt hair on her or she would look like some kind of misshapen mutant.

The blue ones at my LCS are selling way faster than the black one.

There at one point seemed to be equal number of each type.

Price is the same on both.
