went to two toys r us stores today and finally found the new two packs!about thirty bucks each,woop woop ninjas!I picked one of each,and besides the hulk 2 pack I think hasbro has actually done good this time,the warpath sculpt (which I think is a re-used sculpt aside from the head) is really cool,but the paint job came with awesome paint rub,gonna have to fix it,and if you guys get it to collect it I would suggest not takin off the little straps on his hands holding on his knives,it looks like they would just fall right off,not much articulation on the hands,same for deadpool,he can't grip his swords.but overall they are a lot better than hacksbros previous figures,especially black widow,she is almost perfect.the hulk 2 pack is gonna go straight to my bin for customs,I think they look terrible,maybe just the paint job.by the way I got them in dearborn michigan,and they seem to have a bunch,happy hunting peeps!oh yeah they didn't have any variants either,hope this helps anyone in the great super employed state of poo in which I dwell.
I've managed to get all three of the two-packs, Deadpool and Warpath, Valkyrie and Hulk, and I bought two of the Widow and Winter soldier. I got the regular Deadpool and X-Force Warpath, not the variant, and the Widows I got were grey, but I just saw the black one yesterday, but I didn't get it. Anyway they are all really cool. Valkyrie and Warpath need repaints badly.. Valkyrie is just kind of bland and Warpath's flesh tone over black plastic leaves mush to be desired. That being said they are all pretty awesome.
Yeah this is probably the only chance I'll get to actually have an official Deadpool figure(besides the Woverine origins figure) so I'd love to get my hands on one.
They have been out around me since around mid October, And I've been back and forth between 2 TRU's trying to find some~Scalpers, Collectors and the such would always buy them all up before I got there. Now I'm especially ticked off, Because these were 24.99, And now are marked up to 29.99.
I'm just gonna wait it out at this point, I sure I'll be able to get them on ebay even cheaper than store price towards January at this point.
*Side note: It's been reported that Variants have been far easier to find than regs so far.
