Yup same here. Nothing but Iron man Legends and left over series 1 and 2 ML's. The only places to find them are TRU and specialty shops. I wouldn't find that surprising either.

It's been like this on the East Coast as well. Have never seen a single regular ML 2013 release in the wild, only Iron Man 3 Legends. I wouldn't find it surprising if retailers under-ordered since they've got 2012 ROML and Avengers movie figures still stuck hanging on the pegs...

As a fellow Illinoian, I feel your pain. There are hardly any Legends here (especially new ones) except in a TRU an hour away and my local comic shop. Both of which over price them horrendously.

I'm in Fairfax, VA and we haven't seen this wave yet either. It's a shame because I was out of collecting the last time 'Pool had a 6" red/black figure.

The target, TRU, and one of the Wal-Marts in Springfield (about 30 miles away) carried wave 1 of the new marvel legends but stopped after that. The TRU had wave 2 but only seemed to get one set in and once they were gone, that was it. Still no wave 3. I can go to St. Louis and might get lucky, but it is a couple hours away and no guarantee.

Yeah, I can't understand how Hasbro has such a hard time getting these things to retail? If there is one question that is asked of them at Toy Fair, I hope it's about the availability of figures and the lack there of. The line seems to be pretty hot and has been a little heavy on re-use, but I can never find the figures.

I live near Toledo which is a decent sized city. There are easily over twenty K-Mart, Meier, Target, TRU and Wal Mart stores combined in the area. Only seven of those stores carry Marvel Legends. They are five bucks more at TRU and the K-Mart, Meijer and Wal Mart stores don't even carry any of the six inch lines. I'm not complaining, I just don't understand why it's so hard for me to find them in an area this size?

Has it always been this way with Hasbro, did they leave a bad taste in retailers mouth's with ML before, or is it just a location thing? I just got back into collecting ML, so I really don't know what it was like back in the day. When I used to buy them at retail I never had a problem finding them, and I lived in a city a tenth the size of Toledo that had a single KB Toys, K-Mart, Meijer and Wal-Mart. They all carried ML. On a recent trip back there, KB is gone and only Wal-Mart carried ML.

Scalpers love all this I'm sure.

Man, must be nice. I live in central Illinois and have yet to see wave 2 at all! I ordered them online but still, it is awful.

I've read and heard that they should be packed in with the new wave/refresher when it hits at the end of this month or next. But, I've yet to even see wave three in my city. Only local comic book shops have them for 22.99. Not even the TRU stores around here have them. But, I have found them in neighboring cities. I would guess the same would go for the other variants: Blade, Moonstar and FF Dr. Doom.
