I have this figure. Actually, I buyed it in the store when it was new, back in 2000. He is a very nice figure with the helmet put on. It is a bit radical that he is Spiderman but if you see it as another figure is pretty cool. Mine was incredibly stiffy and one of the legs broke off and I had to repair with superglue.

I remember those things actually...there were a few Marvel figures done like that, and it seems like I used to have one. Can't remember what they were called for the life of me though.
Its nothing special...just a lame 90's Spider-man the made to appeal to kids...kinda like soccer spidey or aqua armor spidey...I see him from time to time at Goodwill...
Wow, that looks absolutely ridiculous! How can they do that to good ole Spidey?! He's been Japanimation-ized, Mighty Morphin Spider-Man...Give me a break.

I actually had to research this guy cuz I found him loose at The Earth toy mall in Cincy.
Mine was probably a variant thought, cuz his armor was metallic blue rather than silver.
