Unknown figures for ID

The first one I buyed it in a market. Obviously it have no legs so it doesn't have date. It seems a little bit a sort of cheap Spawn figure and vaguely seems Moonknight. It is made of rubbery plastic. I have been told that is a cheap bootleg, but I think it is too well done.

And this yellow guy is a Battlehawk, but I don't know his name (if it has one). It is dated; "Spearhead Ind. Inc.".
