Hello all
I have a lot on the work bench right now so I thought I would make a WIP thread starting off with a custom that I originally was going to enter in the scales and tails contest but won't be able to finish by the deadline.
Here we have the start of a custom TMNT Raphael made from a ML face off Punisher. I wanted to make a grittier more detailed version to go along with the Bebop and Rocksteady I made for one of the previous contests.
I'm putting a ton of sculpting into this one and so far is my most ambitious custom yet.

Hello all. Its been forever since I have posted anything or for that matter made anything.
Lately I have been feeling the creative juices starting to flow again and I had hoped to have something ready for the previous contest, but unfortunately I wasn't able to get it completed on time.
So I figured since my latest is almost ready I would throw on some WiPs.
Testing out some battle damaged paint schemes.
Hope you like.




The head still needs sanding and painting.

Well I have spent about 6 hours on the one leg so far adding the camo and all the scuffs and scrapes trying to give it a realistic battle damaged look and so far im super happy with the way things are turning out.
This is my most ambitious custom to date and is going to a really good friend of mine so I'm trying to make this my best custom ever.

This is going to be great. I have a soft spot for light up figures...and glow in the dark figures, and figures with voice boxes, and figures that fire darts, and figures with changeable body parts, as long as none of those things restricts articulation in any way

Well I got the LED's set up to a state I am happy with so I am moving on to the paint.
Im aiming for a multicam pattern. with some heavy battle damage.

It was a starcraft 2 Tychus Findlay that I am converting to a custom Starcraft 2 marine that will use a one of a kind camo paint job and feature my friends in game starcraft name and number

Well no turtle update as of yet due to the start of the busy season at work as well as the start of a new project that im trying to get done in time for my friends birthday.



Just finished wiring up the front LEDs and so far so good. I'm also going to put a couple red ones in the thrusters on his back. Then I'm going to finish it up with a multicam paint job.

Thanks for the comments guys really appreciate it.
Yes I will be making all four turtles but im still in the planning stages for the rest as I want them to all be a bit different in heights and builds, maybe different species of turtles altogether.
I also have plans for many of the supporting cast as well.
