Did you try searching "Arhkam Asylum Harley Quinn"? Because I found a ton on both the USA and UK ebay sites for around $20 which would be WAY cheaper than having a customizer make the stuff that you need.

The price a customizer will charge you can vary considerably depending on who the customizer is and what you want done. In this case, as you only want a cane accessory and a replacement pigtail, not an entire figure, I would guess that it wouldn't be too expensive. And, obviously, if the price quoted to you is more than the cost of just outright buying a complete Harley Quinn replacement figure then you're not getting a good deal.

Another option you could explore is to check out eBay--you might be able to find a good deal on a damaged Harley Quinn (or even just her head) that has both of her pigtails and/or a loose assortment of accessories that includes the missing staff you need.

Unfortunately I would have no idea where to even start
I have seen loads of works on here that are amazing
So I do intend to start doing this but I think it will take a very very long time lol
And I have no idea about any casting stuff that why I though I would ask for help from pros =)
I actually ment how much would it cost to get a pro to make it for one I know it's probably not very challenging compared to have you guys already do on here but she is sentemental so me so I wouldn't want me to screw it up =(

Thank you for all that info tho when I start getting round to custom making it will come in really handy =)

If you have the means to do any casting, I imagine you could cast the ponytail you have and then reverse the copy to complete her hair. Otherwise, you could try sculpting a new one, or finding a figure with a similar hair style that you could lop a ponytail off of and glue to your figure.

Staffs can be contructed from any rod-like object you have that's the proper diameter for the character to hold. Cut it down to size, and then glue on or sculpt any additional details you want on it.
