How much will it cost? Custom masters please help

I'm looking for someone to make and paint harley quinn arkham asylum series 1 hair, staff and gun

So in other ones how much would one of you excellent artists charge to make -

Harley Quinn right hair bunch (picture of harley at the bottom)
Harley Quinn staff (no picture)
Harley Quinn gun (no picture)

This figure has sentimental value to me so I would love to fix her up instead of buy a new one
