Ohh , Well when you hold the figure in your hand its quite a gem . My Drac had 2 left hands . BUMMMER !!! I have to say the shoulders are better than you think ( exept on the the Frankenstein Monsters ) My favs are the creature , wolfman , and mr. mummy .

I know that it's a build a figure, but why of a character who cannot change size, when there is already a normal sized version of the character in the line. I just don't get the reasoning of making a 14" tall build a figure for a 6" scale line, of a character who is not 14 feet tall, especially since there is one that is around 6" tall in the same line. I mainly don't like the shoulders on them, also they could have had a little more paint, although I do like what the dracula looks like. Also, I am thinking of the Universal Studios ones, unless Jakks Pacific made the same exact characters and BAF.

Um... they have super poesable Universal Monsters . The BAF is a 14inch Frankenstein Monster .But there IMPOSSIBLE to find . I was lucky to get the whole series . The have the same POA as the DCSH figures . Also they were only found at Universal Studios in 2006 , than they just vanished .
I read a review of those, that said they weren't that good. Also from the pictures, some don't look that good. Plus, why would you need a 14 inch frankenstein in a 6" scale line, was did Dr. Frankenstein create a potion that caused him to develop a 2nd persona known as Mr. Pym?

Because it was a Build a Figure like in Marvel Legends . What do you mean there not good they look EXACTLY like the old monsters . The series includs a Frankensteins Monster , Creature from the Black Lagoon , a Wolfman , the Mummy , and Dracula , collect them all and you get a 14 inch Frankenstein Monster . Maybe your thinking of the the Jakks Pacific ones . The ones I'm talking about are only found at Universal Studios .

Disagree -
when you see Godzilla doing mada$$ japanese wrestling with another monster AND flashfrying a giant locust's wings off in midair then grabbing the sucker and breaking its body over his knee

Cinema doesn't get more fun than that

And the battle between him and the beetle people controlled Mecha-Godzilla - SUPERB!

I'm serious man... it was weird. I rented the Dark Crystal a few years back thinking it was going to rock as hard as when I was a kid. 20 minutes into it I was thinking "my god this is lame"... that's what happens when you get spoiled on modern effects, I suppose.

Whaaaat??? The Dark Crystal isn't cool fo you anymore?? Are you mental???
Next you'll be telling me you don't want any doozers from Fraggle Rock in your garden!!!!

Buster Crabbe as Buck Rogers

(variant) Buster Crabbe as Flash Gordon

Brian Blessed as Voltan King of The hawkmen (flashgordon 80s)

Max von Sydow as Ming The Merciless (flashgordon 1980)

Totally agree on Tom Baker Dr Who (making one for a friend just now)
Also would love to see

William Hartnell Dr who

Patrick Troughton Dr who

Definitely Jon Pertwee Dr who ( - the James Bond Dr who)

And some real good looking dr who assistant sculpts - Leela, Romana, Jo Grant, Peri

would like to see Johnny Rotten (john lydon) immortalised in plastic - had more talent than sid

And I agree about King Monkey Great Sage of Heaven from the MONKEY tv show

BAF would be Godzilla 70s stylee

Tuesday, April 17, 2007
Highlander! why didn't I think of that? Yes! My series 2:

Zorro(Banderas) and the chase would be Duncan Regehr(from the 90's show!)
McCloud(the original)
Clarence Whurley(Christian Slater in True Romance w/Alabama)
Ace Ventura w/ removable heads!
Dr. Peter Venkman from "ghostbusters" the chase would be Bob from"what about bob?"
Mad Max w/Car!
Marla("the cut on the roof of your mouth that would heal if you could only stop tounging it" that's Helena Bohnam Carter for all you non Fight Club fanatics)
Alyssa Jones "Chasing Amy"( w/comics!)
Queen Gorgo from "300" with talk feature saying " Only Spartan give birth to real men"

Well, that was fun!

that's a great idea. Mine would consist of..
All the cenobites
The creeper with wings extended also sort of like a diorama - chasing car while flying and his body car
Jables, Cage and Satan complete with sound.
Riddick and Night beast (yes I know there is A cronichls of riddick line)
the blind monsters from the descent
highlander characters (with decapitating action!)

Maybe a ML articulated movie line? 6 in. of course. My "series 1" would consist of:

Maximus( Gladiator)
Denzel Washinton's character in "Training Day"
Tyler Durden 2 pack(real and imaginary Tyler) from "Fight Club"
Yes, another Angie Jolie from "tomb Raider"
Corben Dallas (w/ cab!) from "5th element"
Marty McFly (w/ DeLorean!) from Back 2 da Future! (actually, these last 2 can be from a fig/vehicle extension of the line)

Doc Brown, Leeloo and another lara croft would be my chase figz...ah, dreaming is nice.

if we are talking real people I say it is a must

MLstyle Mcfarlen detailed Pres. Lincoln and Washington. Artist Luis Royo, Musician Def Leppard esspecially the drummer, Actor Clint Eastwood in his younger and older years. Religious leaders Muhamad Gahndi, and Martin Luthor King JR., and Confusious, Comedian Robin Williams, and comic greats Neal Adams and Bob Kane.

However if we are talking mythos I'd like to see the Egyptian and Norse Mythos aswell as most of the Elseworld characters in DC and 2099/Mc2 from Marvel oh wait I am doing that huh never mind

Batman Beyond's Justice league should get a ML style makeover. Or done like the new mattel posable figs. Warhawk especially As a matter of fact the following DC figz should get the same treatment:

Big Barda
Huntress
New Catwoman
Flash
Jonah Hex!

I´d like a 6" Solomon Kane figure and a Montag from ´Fahrenheit 451´ movie.

It would be great a Woody Allen one too.

Also a 6" figure of The Weird from DC 80´s miniserie. This link is for those who are´t as old as me
This one perhaps will become my next custom...
