Is there a variant? I saw some wuth masks off but that was the only difference

Thats funny. I saw HML IM "variants" on ebay and didn't know what the difference was. BUT I have seen Darth Vaders go for more depending on which way hes facing

The mask was packaged on and off his face for MIP collectors who wanted to display the figure's face, at least that's my theory...

Its not a variant in the figure, just in a packaging and that's something most people could care less about. It's like calling it a variant because an accesory was placed differently in a package.
