PYRO = A Teen Titans Kid Flash or an Impulse

Paint and new hands required

but not so much paint on Kid flash as Pyros get up is kinda similar already with the yellow legs and red boots

PS Cowboyink - send me the pyros hoses and armour if you take me up on the idea
