no, I HAVEN'T! maybe you could try them on some cheap figure and see how it works, I've seen it on art shows and stuff where they psin pastic and I works, be carful with consistency of multiple substances.
Xena, not Zena. Please excuse me if you find this offending, just beacause I'm english doesn't mean I live in a big country house and I am really rich and speak posh, we all just wanna be american. I just have good grammar for a 12 year old, an average reading age of 18. please tell me if I get annoying, please don't hate me.
have you tried any of thes methods? I don't want to risk doing it and ruining the figure. And I want to get a thin looking see thru skin effect ....so id really prefer clear paints just to be on the safe side.
maybe you could really diloute some paint down, paint the figure then wait for the figure to dry, get some clear glue and do a thin layer of that over the top. Or, you could get a pot of clear glue, add some food colouring of the colour you ant and do a really thin layer of it...
I forgot, you could get some grey paibt and then mix it with a lot of water in a pot, like get a bit of grey on your bush, dip it in water, then clebna the brush and paint it with the dirty water...... mauybe mix some clear glue in so it sticks to the figure and dries...
a custom figure...lol well I want it to be see thru to give it a cooler effect...well that;s my theory at least....yes Shins, if you can find a site with that color that transparent....please let me know...thanks guyz!
All the art stores I've been to suck eggs. They don't have translucent or even good acrylic paints. Get them online from Tamiya since people keep swearing they are the best translucents evar.
