I picked up a Manute from Sin City for like 2 bucks and was womdering if and body had any ideas what I could convert him in to. here's a pic if that helps

That or I could do a whole Shining time station XTREEM toy line... that would be one tough Mr. Conductor Man .

you could use his head to make a Daredevil movie Kingpin. You could use his hat to make Mr. Conductor Man from "Shining Time Station".
