My cousin (fastfreddie) is updating a custom painted Wolverine he made and gave to me from the "Marvel Legends" series and I'm looking for help finding the tools to make metal claws as seen in a lot of customs, I've been searching for some "sail repair needles" but so far I haven't had any luck, any help would be appreciated
yeh those are sweet, I have had a a WIP wolverine sitting my my bench for like a month now using those claws. The come in a pack that cost 2.25 here and you only get ONE in each pack... so do the math and I payed 15 bucks just for the claws..lol.. spent 99 cents on the bobby pins I STILL USE for the past year..lol..
The sail repair needs you may want to look at are sold at Wal-Mart in the fabric section in the packs that cost $1.50 or so. They come with various other needles too.

Anyway follow that tut and you should have steel claws in no time. Kyle did a bang up job on it and made it easy to follow.
