Ack, I don't like Iron Fist's chest/upper-body, too ribbed and barrel-chested. I used it for my War Zone custom though and it came out pretty nifty.

I turned one into a young Batman and sold it - The big shoulders on him actually looked pretty good with a cape draped over them

Hawkman, Flash are other ones you could consider - especially Flash who has a lighter build than Hawkman

Judge Dredds another possibility

Or even a half face mask spidey (like when MaryJane kisses him in the first movie)

You could also close over the bottom half of face

(or better still cut off and keep the bottom half of face)

and turn him into a Full head Masked hero like , Prowler, Spawn Or Black panther (all have an Iron Fist style Big Collar

I used Iron Fist's body for Morbius and the head for Blade. Thought it was great use of the figure.

A new version of Yellow Jacket or even Warhawk from DC are two possibliities.
