So how should I go about?

I'm trying to make Bumblebee's Battle Helmet on the old Camaro. I never saw that movie so I don't know if he has one in the vehicle. So how should I do this. Sculpt? Foam? Well any ideas are welcome

I was thinking the same but for the New Camaro. No idea why they didn't pack in the helmet, it's quite cool and to be honest it ruins it a little for me they didn't include it.
