Anyone know a good way to make a removeable hood?

Like on a hoodie

If not, anyone know a good way to make one thats not removeable?

Well I know when I need to make something remvable or move-able I use aluminum foil as a barrier. Coat what you want to sculpt around in the foil, then sculpt over the foil. once the sculpting medium cures you can carefully remove the foil and viola!
