Introductions and Zombies

Posted in Action Figure Chatter

My name is Mike I'm a long time lurker but I finally wanted to introduce myself to all of you. I'm a Firefighter, an old school toy/comic collector, roleplaying gamer guy, and horror movie fan. I'm glad to be amongst like mided folks!

I also got into toy making a short while back just to see if I can do it. I had 500 zombies made in China and have them for sale. Here's a review for my figure if your intrested...

Thanks, I'm obviously a zombie nut as well. I wish I could take credit for the packaging but that was friend of mines idea. I'm doing an inventory of my remaining zombies. They're selling out pretty quick so I guess there's a lot of zombie fans out there. If all goes well I'll have another out before too long.

Having them made is at times a nightmare and sometimes a real blast. Technically it's very easy and everything you need is on the internet but the process is draining and pretty expensive.
But once it's said and done I have a product that people enjoy and I've met lots of really cool people in the process.

Very well done sir! Being a zombie fan myself, I love to see such detail. Thanks for remembering whited out eyes, and for doing the tongue right in the open mouth!! I know it seems petty but those little details really make the piece! So tell me how you had these made...very interested to know.

Thanks, my goal was to make something unique and really cool that could stand up to, if not be better than Sideshows zombies. Most folks tend to put them all together which is a great complement.
