Vehicle painting

So - I've a legendary riders Logan bike I'm wanting to repaint. Any advice on how to do so?

black base coat and dry brush gives it an old timey "Rat Bike" look that I love so much as I have a rat bike. or lots of high gloss for a newer modern look with an organic chrome for the metal parts
