ML Banshee head looks like that mad cow just change the hair
modify hair with a Longshot mullet
just trim the back off
only figures with sweaters I can think of is freddy krueger and the FF movie victor von doom - the one whos head revolves around
So you may have to sculpt one on

Well I want it to be in ML form . But Pamela Voorhees was Jason Voorhees mom not Norman Bates . If you can't remember her than watch the first Friday the 13th . Jasons mom is wearing the white sweater and is the person killing people .
