Yeah, I wanted to make his legs more movable too, but idk how.

Wire and vinyl cloth are your friends

I was planning on improving the articulation of my Robin as well, although I was planning on adding articulation, rather than switching parts. Then again, it may be somewhat difficult to create an elbow joint.

Here's DCSH Robin,
Hated the articulation, but I'm trying to improve that. I'm going through hell and high water doing it too!

I replaced the old arms with SMC Daredevils arms, I think I'll make it his newest costume
