Or should I wait for the Hasbro Legends version?

If cap is being done in wave 3 than I'd say wait for it.

Being done in the next series - First appearance Cap and Bucky, X3 Colossus, Astonishing Cyclops, Rachel Grey Marvel Girl, Black Knight, Hydra Solder and Danger. BAF is a Brood.

If hasbro is going to relase one I'd wait for it.

You could try to buy a ml one. Mind you try to buy it loose becaise MOC can be pretty pricy.
