where's llyra at

why can't I get my hands on a spawn series 31 llyra, I mean its been hard to get one for the actual price, I can find it at toysrus or kb or in wlamart or target or any where, plus its sold out online at all the major online stores and the only ones that do carry it want like $40 f@k'n dollars for it, even on ebay its scarce and still I would have to pay double, can any one help me get my hands on it for a reasonable price
