Need Advice on making a Custom Iron man!

Hello guys I am new to these web site and I am excited to be among such action figure fans! now I want ti make an Iron man custom based on the new movie Iron Man, I know how I am going to make the figure but I was wondering if any of you in your toy customizing knowlage might know how to make the eyes and energy emblem on his chest light up or glow? any suggestions please please e-mail me mailto:[email protected] thanks so much
