Need help identifying these figures

A project of mine involves recreating the original "Action League Now" figures, and I want to make them look as authentic as possible. Yesterday I found one of my old Bill Nye tapes and found out that they used some of those exact same figures for an "Energy Transformers" skit. Can anyone help me identify these figures?
