I have a better idea, give me the picture and I'll add it manually, lol.
Realm Credits are like store credit for the Figure Shop. (50 RC = 50 Cents; 100 RC= $1.00) You can't cash them in, you can only use them to help pay for stuff you buy from the Figure Shop (but yes you can use them to pay shipping as well!). You earn them by writing reviews, making comics, tutorials, writing gallery descriptions, contributing significantly to the site.
edit: I'll try it one more time tonight.
The only time I have seen that not work correctly is if the file size is over 2 megs or the images are a strange format besides the standard jpgs. If you have no clue what any of that means, email the pictures to me (mailto:captaincoder@figurerealm.com) that you are trying to submit and I'll take a look.
Uh...yeah this is weird, it's a problem with the site then, what browser/operating system are you using?
I just approved like 12 customs, there were some that had tiny pictures so I was going to reject it but the WIP shots barely kept them from going in the trash can
There are several different people who manage the stuff that goes on the site, and everyone's idea of what is and isn't acceptable varies so don't be discouraged if your stuff doesn't get added the first time. Just fix whatever it was you were told to fix with the submission and re-submit it.
When we reject a custom, we have the option of emailing you guys to let you know what needs to be changed/added. If you don't get an email like this then either it's some obvious problem, like super-blurry or tiny pictures, or the moderator forgot to send it to you.
Post the pictures/text in here and I'll tell you guys why they got rejected.
thnx nightmare. I think im just jumpy cuz its my first submission.
Yeah, I'll check right now and see if your custom is on the list of customs to approve x_@
