How Do You Fix Brawl's Shoulders?

I just picked up a brawl and his arms don't stick into his shoulders.I heard Jin say he fixed his some how, but I don't know how to find it.Do any of you know the link or anything?I'm sure a lot of you have also fixed yours,not just Jin.Or can you describe how to fix it?any info from you guys would be great thanks alot

I believe Jin Saotome made a fix with his custom Deluxe Brawl, maybe you can PM him about it.

The best way to fix it is to throw it away and buy the Leader-class Brawl

Probably something with magnets, or modifying the holes or pegs so they pop-in all the way.
