Does his jacket come off? Wondering since on the customs I've seen using his jacket, people haven't used a different torso.

Yep it does come off. It just fits so nicely on Xorn that most people leave it on for customs. I used Xorn plus his jacket for my Leon Kennedy and the jacket itself for a Jim Lee Rogue. I had to cut up/alter the jacket to get it to fit her, though.
