I know that there is the tutorial here for LED eyes, but that doesn't really answer any questions.

How would you make it so that there are LEDs in the head, forearms and upper torso of a regular 6" figure, so that they are all connected to the same battery in the torso?
Would it even be possible to do them in the forearms, due to the elbow joints?
