I found it!!!

I bought a bunch of old Wizard Magazines and they finally arrived today. Among them was #63 (November 1996), in which I had figures published in their Homemade Heroes section. Here's the page.

This was back before I changed my last name to Shallow, btw.

Toyfare is just a magazine dedicated to toys, they have info on up-coming toy-releases, a small customs section, and lots of other neat things..
