how to build a figure

Posted in Custom Workstation

Hello, I am wanting to build a cutom doomsday figure. I am planning to use a House Of M Hulk figure for the base, then gray paint for the skin, green paint for the shorts. I do not know what to use to make the spikes on his shoulders, knees, middle of chest, jawline, knuckles and the hair. This is the first custim figure I have ever attempted, so any help or ideas would be welcome. I would like the figure to still have mobility with the additions. My email address is angel91479@hotmail, if anyone wants to email me ideas.

Thank you for your help.
Brian

use apoxie sculpt or fixit sculpt from avesstudio.com. though in my opinion, Doomsday for a first custom is pretty difficult with a lot of sculpting to do. but I guess also good practice for sculpting, start off at the head with the smaller sculpted parts to get the feel for it then work your way with the bigger parts as your confidence builds and you get more comfortable. keep us updated!
