I been thinking about making siegrfied and mitsurugui as well, but I got so many going on stuff I can't think of it, he-man as base for sieg was a good idea, I was thinking some ML figure that's not as thin as spider man but not as bulk as doc Samson, for mitsurugui, but I was planning doc as last resource.

use one of the plastic tie used to hold a figure in its package that way you can have movement and all you would have to do is a little sculpt

I don't know, maybe cut out the pattern from a plastic package then sculpt on top of that. Then when it's hardened just sand away at it and keep sculpting until you get the shape you want.
